Nicholas Roszak is a Certified Public Accountant and Founder of Roszak & Associates, CPAs. Nick’s career began 10 + years ago working for public accounting firms such as Rothstein & Kass, Withum and KPMG working collaboratively with clients, creating tax strategies to reach their financial goals.
More recently, Nick held the position of CFO & Managing Partner at Kondler & Associates, CPAs Smithville NJ office prior to acquiring the business In October 2021. During his tenure, his focus was on individual and small businesses tax preparation and planning. Nick believes in open and consistent communication to ensure a personal, accurate and proactive understanding of each individual’s needs.
Additionally, Nick’s corporate accounting experience included senior management roles such as, Controller at Valiant Power Group, Inc responsible for managing the day to day responsibilities of the accounting department, and Senior Accountant at Diversant an international recruiting organization with responsibilities for managing and reporting on corporate budgetary goals.
Nick a Seton Hall University graduate with a Master’s of Science in Accounting and attended Bentley University, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and is a resident of Monmouth County.
